Ponoka Rising Sun Clubhouse

Ponoka Rising Sun Clubhouse We strive to enable past or present consumers of mental health services to live independent and self-sufficient lives in the community.

The Clubhouse models was designed as an effective way to provide programs and services which are intended to both strengthen individual skills and to develop the environmental support necessary to sustain the individual in the community. The Ponoka Rising Sun Clubhouse Society guarantees its members 4 basic rights:
1) A right to a place to come
2) A right to meaningful work
3) A right to meaningfu

l relationships
4) A right to a place to return. The Clubhouse also offers a work program to eligible members that runs Monday-Thursday and every second Friday.

Saturday, June 20th, 2026 at the Stagecoach Saloon for a beautiful late morning of connection, celebration, and giving back, all wrapped in this year’s theme: “Year of the Cowgirl”

Hosted in partnership with the legacy of Chicks for Charity, this meaningful event supports the vital work of the Ponoka Rising Sun Clubhouse Society, helping individuals build skills, find purpose, and strengthen their mental wellness through community. A portion of proceeds will also support a local cancer initiative overseen by FCSS Ponoka, honouring strength, resilience, and the power of coming together.

A beautiful brunch, meaningful connection with incredible women, Fundraising fun through Silent Auction, Raffles and more!
