Registration closes Today!!!
Following the positive feedback received from last year’s Victims and Survivors of Crime Week training sessions, Victim Services Peterborough and Northumberland are pleased to offer additional learning opportunities this year. In addition to our new training for service providers, we will also be hosting an evening session for parents and caregivers of youth.
This year’s sessions will address Human Trafficking and Internet Child Exploitation and will be Survivor-led, with contributions from Victim Services Peterborough and Northumberland, Law Enforcement, and a Specialized Exploitation Therapist.
In keeping with this year’s theme, “The Power of Collaboration,” participants will also have the opportunity to connect with local community partners and learn more about the services available within our region to address the growing concerns related to Human Trafficking and Internet Child Exploitation.
We encourage you to kindly distribute within your agency. Please find the event details attached, including registration information, dates, and times.
We look forward to your participation.
