The PEP – Seniors Therapeutic Centre is pleased to present a four-week nutrition series in collaboration with Rideau Community Health Services and the Perth & District Library.

Join us for practical nutrition information, helpful strategies, and engaging discussion focused on supporting healthy aging through nutrition. 🍎🥗

👩‍⚕️ Presenter: Glenna Sauve, RD, Registered Dietitian with Rideau Community Health Services. Glenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition.

💡 We strongly encourage participants to attend all four sessions, as each session builds on the information and discussion from the previous one.
