Residents connected to the Pemberton water system can now access Neptune Technology Group's My360 portal to view and monitor their water usage online.

My360 provides greater insight into your water use and includes tools to help you:

✅ Track water consumption
✅ Monitor usage trends
✅ Identify potential leaks

Property owners have been mailed registration information, including the Utility Account Number required to create an account.

The Village of Pemberton is conducting a water meter installation program for all properties within the Village’s Water service.

𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄: Following site delivery and setup, crews have determined that the previously identified staging area is not suitable for the installation phase of the One Mile Lake Boardwalk Replacement Project. A portion of the Dog Beach area will now be temporarily used for material and equipment staging, with approximately half of the beach cordoned off. Pedestrian access and walking routes around the area will remain open. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as work continues.

🚗 Drive responsibly and follow posted speed limits throughout the Village.

🚫 No parking in the fire lane at the Pemberton & District Community Centre. This area must remain clear for emergency vehicles at all times. Two public parking lots are available just a short walk away.

🅿️ Seasonal parking restrictions on Aspen Boulevard resumed September 1. No parking is permitted between 8AM and 5PM through to June 30.

🚲 Ride safely by wearing a helmet, using hand signals, walking your bike through crosswalks, and sharing the trail with others.

𝐑𝐕 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐢 𝐃𝐮𝐦𝐩 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 𝐍𝐨𝐰 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥

The pay system at the Village's RV sani dump is now up and running following completion of the BC Hydro power connection.

Located at 1950 Venture Place in the Industrial Park, the facility is available for RV wastewater disposal and helps provide an important service for visitors travelling through the Pemberton Valley.

A friendly reminder that the sani dump is intended for RV wastewater disposal only and is not designed for activities such as vehicle washing or filling water totes.

As of 12:00 pm today, September 3, the Village of Pemberton's local campfire prohibition has been lifted, in line with the BC Wildfire Service rescindment for the Coastal Fire Centre.

Category 1 campfires are now permitted. A Category 1 campfire must be no larger than 0.5 metres high by 0.5 metres wide.

While campfires are once again allowed, wildfire season is not over. Please continue to use caution:

✅ Never leave a campfire unattended
✅ Keep water and tools nearby
✅ Ensure your campfire is completely extinguished before leaving

⚠️ Please note that other fire restrictions remain in place, including the prohibition of Category 2 and Category 3 open fires, fireworks, burn barrels, burn cages, and other restricted activities and equipment.

As per Fire Prevention Bylaw No. 744, 2013, all open burning within the Village requires a permit. Permits can be obtained at the Pemberton Fire Hall (1350 Aster Street) Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Before lighting a fire, always check current BC Wildfire Service restrictions and any local regulations that may apply.

Effective tomorrow, Friday August 28, at noon PDT the Off Road Vehicle (ORV) prohibition is rescinded in the Southeast, Cariboo, Coastal and Kamloops Fire Centres.

We recognize that ORVs play an important role in recreation, hunting and accessing the outdoors for many. Restrictions are only considered when multiple factors indicate an elevated wildfire risk, heightened wildfire activity and limited capacity to respond to new fire starts.

With improving conditions in some regions of B.C., and cooler wetter weather in the forecast we are now able to rescind these prohibitions. We continue to monitor wildfire risk and prohibitions may be implemented or rescinded as conditions change.

We appreciate the patience and cooperation shown by ORV users during this period. We know many riders take fire prevention seriously and recreate responsibly on established roads and trails. If you're returning to the backcountry, we ask for your support in reporting any new wildfires through our app or by calling *5555.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞: 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐋𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭

The boardwalk replacement project continues to move forward, and residents can now see significant progress as crews remove the existing structure and prepare for construction of the new floating boardwalk. To accommodate this work, an additional trail closure is now in effect within the One Mile Lake trail system.

The new 8-foot-wide floating boardwalk will feature marine-grade aluminum framing, rotomolded HDPE flotation units, and a combination of cedar and fibre-mesh decking to enhance accessibility, durability, and user experience.

This important community project is supported by the Disaster Financial Assistance fund and the Speĺkúmtn Community Forest Legacy Fund, as well as contributions of $50K from the SLRD - Squamish-Lillooet Regional District, and the Trans Canada Trail Catalyst Fund.
