UPDATE: Normal water usage may resume! Thanks to everyone for your cooperation.

The sewer system within the Village is currently overloaded due to the heavy rainfall. Please refrain from washing laundry, running your dishwasher, showering, and using the sewer system as much as possible until we are able to gain on the situation. If your sump pump is pumping into the sewer system, reroute the hose out onto the street for water to run away rather than enter the sewer system. Thank you for your cooperation!!

Here is the map for the Village Wide garage sale happening this Saturday! Sales are from 10:00 - 3:00. Printed copies of the map are available at the Village Office/Library if you wish.

Note that there is also a garage sale south of Windthorst at the Hoffmann farm. From Windthorst, go south on Range Road 2071 for 2 miles and then turn west on Twp. Road 132 for 1/4 mile. Farm is on the south side of the road. There will be signage!
