This six-week online group offers adults who are grieving a place to connect with others, share experiences of loss in a supportive environment, honour the people they love, and learn strategies that can assist them in coping as they grieve.

Sudden loss can leave little time to prepare for the reality of life without the person you love. Being with others who understand can offer connection, care, and a reminder that you do not have to carry grief alone.

Over six weeks, participants are invited to share experiences, honour the people who have died, and spend time together in a caring and supportive community.
