A dementia diagnosis can feel overwhelming. But knowing early can make a real difference.

With an earlier and accurate diagnosis, people living with dementia can:
πŸ’™ access treatment and support sooner,
πŸ’™ make informed decisions about future care,
πŸ’™ connect with community programs and education,
πŸ’™ reduce uncertainty for families and care partners.

Dementia-friendly communities begin with our youth. The Youth in Action Toolkit helps kids in grades 5 and up learn what dementia is and how they can make a difference in their families and communities.

This free, printable or fillable Toolkit includes games and activities that empower youth to become Young Dementia Supporters through understanding, empathy, and action.
