Our Employment Services team brought the laughs to their last team meeting with a fun twist on the “Anything But a Cup” trend—where you show up with literally anything but a normal cup to drink from.

From creative to completely unexpected, the team went all in… and it took management a little while to notice something was definitely off 😂

Safe to say, they had a riot—and this photo captures just a bit of the fun and personality that makes this team so great 👏💧

Listowel In Motion participants are on the move! 🚶‍♂️🌱
The group has successfully completed the Momentum phase and is carrying their energy into Momentum+!

Over the past week, participants showed incredible teamwork by planning and completing community projects—from cleaning and restoring the downtown cenotaph and clock tower to improving the Kinsmen Trail. With support from municipal staff, they raked, cleared debris, and revitalized spaces that matter to the community.

Their hard work didn’t go unnoticed, earning appreciation from residents and trail users alike. Along the way, they built leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills—while making a real impact.

The week wrapped up with a shared meal in the park, celebrating their achievements and the strong connections they’ve built together.
