Join us on December 13th for a community discussion about housing — the challenges you’ve faced, the kind of home or neighbourhood you imagine for yourself, and what “home” means to you.

We’ll be talking about real experiences:
• The stress of unstable or unaffordable housing
• What a home needs to feel supportive and comfortable
• How environment, community, and design shape daily life
Your lived perspective matters.

We’ll be taking the insights from this conversation and applying them directly to the village communities we’re building — and who knows, you might even choose to live in one of them. If this is something you’ve been thinking about or dealing with yourself, you’re welcome to join the conversation.

Through our Community Townhall Series, , we bring people together to talk about housing, homeownership, community living, and the future of living in Canada.

Each session invites neighbours, residents, and local voices to share their experiences, challenges, and ideas from attainable homeownership to sustainable communities and financial freedom through housing stability.

We listen to what residents share — their ideas, challenges, and hopes — and apply those insights directly into our programs, projects, and partnerships, from attainable housing models to community-led initiatives.

We believe owning a home shouldn’t be out of reach. It’s the foundation for freedom, security, and possibility.

This year, we’re turning that vision into reality through three major initiatives:
🏡 Tay Ridge Village, our first right-sized home community near Ottawa. . supported by LandSeed’s approach to sustainable ownership.
