IT’S ELECTION SEASON!
On April 15th at 7pm, the UONDP will be holding our annual Winter General Assembly. The event will take place in Simard 427 and will consist of executive updates, a chance to pass constitutional amendments, and executive elections.
FOR EXECUTIVE APPLICANTS: APPLY AT THE LINK IN OUR BIO!
The application period shall start now and last until April 7th at 11:59pm, and during that time applicants shall not promote their candidacy. The campaign period will be from April 8th until April 15th, the day of the GA, and during that time candidates are welcome to promote themselves.
In the case that some positions receive no applications, members can run from the floor at the GA.
The executive must reach our gender parity rules, which means it must be at least 50% non-male executives. Additionally, there may only be one male co-president. Do not let this dissuade you from running, just please be mindful of it as elections occur. Gender parity does not apply to members at large.

Le 15 Avril à 19h00, le NPDUO tiendra une Assemblée générale d’hiver. L’événement se déroulera au local Simard 427 et comprendra des mises à jour de l’exécutif, une chance d’adopter des amendements constitutionnels, et l’élection de l’exécutif.

Vous avez jusqu’au 7 avril à 23h59 pour postuler votre candidature. Il est formellement interdit de faire la promotion de votre candidature avant la période de campagne qui commencera le 8 avril et se terminera le 15 avril, le jour de l’assemblée générale.
Advenant qu’une ou plusieurs positions se retrouvent sans candidatures, un.e membre pourra se nommer candidat.e lors de l’assemblée générale.
Conformément aux règles d’équité en place, l’exécutif doit être conforme à la parité de genre. Au moins 50% de l’exécutif doit être composé de personnes qui ne s’identifient pas comme un homme.
