Thank you for 6 months filled with memories and special moments. The families, neighbours and friends that have come to our space have filled it with light and we couldn't be more grateful 💖

Thank you to all the other Ottawa small businesses that have supported us, from our suppliers and partners to others who have been the best mentors and cheerleaders I could ask for!

Good coffee. Happy kiddos. Catching up with your bestie. The perfect way to anchor your summertime routine.

Between roadtrips and camps, park visits and festivals, it's nice knowing you always have somewhere familiar to enjoy that your littles already love. Our Summer Membership gives your family a home base for the summer and takes some of the constant planning off your plate.

12 visits to share among siblings, valid through August 31. $99 (regularly $180) plus a free buddy pass to share with a friend.

Each type of play is a little different and builds on different skills and areas of your little one's development. Imaginative play is such a powerhouse because it combines a BUNCH of different skills to practice and develop.

I've seen kiddos from toddlers who are barely talking to 6 year olds who invent entire worlds around pretend play in our space. It is the kind of play that grows with your child, keeps them engaged, and let's them put their own stamp on the way that they play.

If that wasn't enough, pretend play is crucial to how developing brains make sense of what they see and experience around them. We often get to see scenes from home, daycare or school re-enacted as pretend play.

What are some of your kiddo's favorite pretend play 'worlds'? We love rotating our spaces to keep their imaginations going! 💖

We are creating a simple space for mamas to meet and connect. Nothing complicated, no big commitments, just a chance to meet other moms, make new friends and grow your village.

I am beyond excited to announce the launch of Bean Bag communities. Because the real dream was never about just coffee or play. It was about creating a place where parents could find community, feel less alone, and recharge.

Mom Group 🌸
A welcoming space for moms to meet, make new friends, and find connection. Each week, moms can book into the designated play session and spend time together while little ones play nearby.

Dad Group 🌿
A space for dads to connect, especially during parental leave, and spend time with other families in a similar stage of life. Simply book into the weekly play session and join us.

Bumps & Strollers Club 🤰
For expecting parents and those with babies in strollers. Meet for coffee or tea, then head out together for a relaxed neighbourhood walk and fresh air.

These groups are meant to be flexible, low-pressure, and easy to fit into real life. There are no memberships or commitments and no guilt if you miss a week, just a welcoming place to connect with other parents.

Participation in the communities themselves is completely free. For the Mom and Dad Groups, families simply book play as usual during the designated meetup time. For Bumps and Strollers, meet up at Bean Bag, grab a coffee and set out on your stroll!
