Farewell, to our departing Deputy Head of Mission.

A lot can happen in a 4 years.
A pandemic. A new High Commission building. Big steps forward on nuclear, quantum science and technology.

Through it all, Dave brought calm leadership, good humour and a karaoke talent that may be his most enduring legacy.
