FR : Du 5 au 7 septembre dernier, un pèlerinage de 100 kilomètres s’est tenu dans la province de Québec, reliant Lanoraie au Sanctuaire Notre-Dame-du-Cap, à Trois-Rivières, où le parcours s’est conclu à la chapelle du Sanctuaire.
Cette initiative a réuni des membres de l’Ordre de Malte, ainsi que des amis et sympathisants, dans un esprit de fraternité, de dépassement de soi et de service.
Tout au long de ce parcours particulièrement exigeant, tant sur le plan physique que psychologique, un dispositif d’accompagnement a été mis en place afin d’assurer le bien-être et la sécurité des participants. Un soutien psychologique ainsi que des soins de premiers secours ont ainsi été offerts aux pèlerins qui en éprouvaient le besoin.
EN : From September 5 to 7, a 100-kilometre pilgrimage was held in the Province of Quebec, beginning in Lanoraie and concluding at the Our Lady of the Cape Shrine in Trois-Rivières, where the journey ended at the Shrine’s chapel.
The initiative brought together members of the Order of Malta, as well as friends and supporters, in a spirit of fraternity, personal commitment, and service.
Throughout this particularly demanding journey, both physically and psychologically, support measures were put in place to help ensure the well-being and safety of participants. Psychological support and first aid were therefore provided to pilgrims whenever required.
