Setting boundaries is an important part of protecting your mental and emotional well-being.

Boundaries help create clarity in relationships, reduce stress, and allow you to communicate your needs in a healthy and respectful way. They can look different for everyone, whether it’s taking time for yourself, setting limits around responsibilities, or expressing what you need from others.

Learning to set and maintain boundaries is a skill that grows over time.

If you need extra support, FSO’s counselling and programs are here for you.

Grief can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Together in Loss is an 8-week affirming grief and bereavement support group created for the Q***r community. This space invites participants to learn about the grief process, share experiences, and connect with others who understand the unique ways loss can be experienced in our communities.

Facilitated by two mental health counsellors, this group is built by the community, for the community, where all identities, relationships, and experiences of grief are respected and welcomed.
