The MPCC issued a decision dismissing the Canadian Forces Provost Marshal’s (CFPM) motion for interested party status, and instead granting the CFPM intervenor status in the Goulet Public Interest Hearing.

The MPCC has published its 2025 Annual Report. The report highlights the MPCC’s achievements in delivering independent civilian oversight of the military police. For the 3rd year, the MPCC also calls for legislative reform to address the ongoing barriers preventing it from fully fulfilling its mandate and ensuring accountability within the military police.
