Breaking down stigma starts with understanding that an illness is not an identity. Everyone deserves to be met with compassion, understanding, and support without being defined by the challenges they may be experiencing.

At Inuuqatigiit Centre, creating safe spaces where Inuit children, youth, and families can access mental health and wellness supports is an important part of strengthening our community.

When we challenge stigma and lead with compassion, we create space for healing, understanding, and hope.

Piliriqatigiingniq reminds us of the strength that comes from working together toward a common goal.

Strong communities are built through collaboration, shared knowledge, and partnerships. By working alongside other organizations, sharing resources, and learning from one another, we can create more opportunities and stronger supports for Inuit children, youth, and families in Ottawa.

Building bridges between organizations allows us to come together, grow together, and better serve the community we share.

When we work together, we create a stronger and more vibrant Inuit community. 🀍
