It was a wonderful day at the EU Cultural Fair, where visitors had the opportunity to discover Croatia through traditional music and folk dance, learn about our culture, art, and history, and enjoy popular Croatian sweets and wine (Thank you, Saša Muradori& Croatia Unpacked

A special thank you goes to the National Capital Region Croatian Folklore Ensemble - Croatoan Ottawa and Mrs. Valeria Susak for organizing Croatia’s participation and hosting the Croatian booth✨

On May 30, we celebrate a defining moment in modern Croatian history, the constitution of the first democratically elected Parliament in 1990. Croatians celebrate this day with pride, reflecting on our enduring commitment to democracy, freedom, and peace.

In 🇨🇦, the Croatian community also marks the same day as the Day of Croatian Heritage in Ontario and Alberta, and, starting this year, in British Columbia. 🇨🇦 🇭🇷
