This week's Classroom Celebration is Mrs Marten's Gr 3 Class. They have been busy creating 3D paper Mache mushrooms and designing an enchanted forest theme right in their classroom. This aligns with the curriculum as part of 3D construction and mixed media integration. They look amazing, good job!

With significant snowfall expected in the coming days, the Olds RCMP is reminding motorists to prepare for changing road conditions and adjust travel plans accordingly.

Before you head out:
- Check weather and road conditions
- Slow down and leave extra space between vehicles
- Clear all snow and ice from your vehicle
- Make sure your vehicle is winter-ready
- Carry a winter emergency kit
- Let someone know your travel plans if travelling longer distances

Winter weather can reduce visibility and increase stopping distances. A little preparation can help keep you, your passengers and other road users safe. Drive according to conditions, allow extra time to reach your destination and remember: no trip is worth risking your safety.
