Under the Sustainable Canadian Agricultural Partnership, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has launched the AgriMarketing Program: Market Diversification for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs). This program is designed to give Canadian ag-businesses the financial runway needed to expand their export horizons and seize global opportunities.
If your business is looking to diversify its customer base and step onto the international stage, this grant can help offset the heavy lifting of global marketing!
💰 What Funding is Available?
Get up to 50% cost-sharing for eligible international market development activities.
Secure up to $50,000 per project to help cover customized marketing, promotional assets, and business travel.
Eligible Activities Include:
✅ Attending international trade shows and setting up targeted buyer meetings.
✅ Developing and implementing customized international marketing strategies.
✅ Creating promotional materials tailored specifically to foreign markets.
✅ Navigating international regulatory requirements or market access barriers.
Who Can Apply?
Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in the Canadian agriculture, agri-food, fish, or seafood sectors. To qualify, businesses must be incorporated and actively operating in Canada.
