Our patient packaging has had many evolutions over the years. The current packaging maximizes comfort and warmth while also providing support for multiple injuries. All this while minimizing weight and complexity.

Some people go to the mountains for connection. Some go to be grounded. Whatever brings you to the trail, we believe those places deserve a rescue system built for them.

The goal of many hikers and trail runners is to have a fantastic day out in our amazing wilderness. However, those same places can be hard to reach when help is needed.
-Have proper gear for the day
-Make a trip plan and leave it with someone you trust.
-Have a way to get in contact with help if there is no cell coverage.

Huge thank you to the Community Fnd North Okanagan for your support to both AROHWS and all the other Smart and Caring Community Grant Recipients for 2026. Thank you to everyone that supports the Community Foundation of the North Okanagan that makes these grants possible. Our grant will be used towards our training and operations base in Vernon, that will support emergency response across the region. ❤️❤️❤️
