Thrive Counselling Thrive Counselling is a comprehensive counselling agency serving the Halton Region since 1954. We support people to thrive in the face of challenge and change.

Welcome to Thrive Counselling, a new chapter in a long-running story. Thrive was created by the 2015 merger between Halton Family Services and Access Counselling & Family Services. Together, we are a comprehensive counselling agency serving the Halton Region since 1954. We are proud of both our long-standing service in Halton as well as our ability to grow and change to meet the needs of our evolv

ing community. Over the years, we have helped thousands of people struggling with individual and family issues including family conflict, separation, divorce, depression, abuse or violence and grief and loss. Thrive is a registered charitable non-profit agency. Primary funding is received from the Ministry of Community & Social Services, Ministry of the Attorney General, and the United Ways of Oakville, Burlington and Greater Hamilton, Milton and Halton Hills. We gratefully acknowledge the support of our donors, local Service Clubs and organizations whose contributions ensure that we can reach more families in need. Together, we make a difference. Our Vision:
- Strong People
- Strong Families
- Strong Communities

Our Mission:
We partner with you to manage life’s challenges. Our Values:

“I’m terrible at handling conflict.”
“I’ll never be able to change.”
