Living the absolute dream 💤🦎 Food coma level: Mexican Beaded Lizard! Our resident scaled friend is officially in maximum relaxation mode after a very satisfying meal, proving that a full belly equals the best nap of the season.

Before we follow their lead and head into our seasonal hibernation, make sure to plan one final visit to say goodbye! We are officially shifting to our autumn schedule, so catch us during our new hours of operation: Thursday through Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Closed Monday–Wednesday).

Don't wait too long to get your last park stroll in—our final day of the season is Sunday, September 27th! Come soak up the crisp fall weather, spot your favorite animals, and wish our reptile crew a sweet season of rest. 🎟️🍂

What’s in a dinosaur? 🦖✨ If you were to peel back the skin of our prehistoric giants, you wouldn't find bones and muscle, but a whole lot of modern engineering and creative magic! ⚙️🎨 Inside every animatronic dinosaur, a heavy-duty steel skeleton provides the ultimate structure and balance. Wrapped around that frame is a complex network of electric motors and actuators that drive every tail sway, eye blink, and lung-expanding breath. 🦾 Sound boards and motion controllers coordinate every movement with terrifyingly accurate roars, while sculpted high-density foam gives the beast its muscular shape. Wrapped in a flexible, waterproof silicone skin and hand-painted down to the last scale, that is what’s inside these modern-day dinosaurs! 🌋🦕

We are open today from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for Labor Day 🦖 Come explore the park and walk among the prehistoric giants before our schedule shifts for the season. Please note that we will be closed Tuesday, September 8th and Wednesday, September 9th as we transition to our new fall schedule. Starting Thursday, September 10th, our updated hours of operation will be Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Plan your visit, round up the family, and spend your day making unforgettable memories with us 🌿

Important update regarding our upcoming hours as we head into the final stretch of the season! ⏰ We will be open on Labour Day, Monday, September 7th, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Following the holiday, we will be closed on Tuesday, September 8th, and Wednesday, September 9th. People don't realize that giant, roaring dinosaurs don't just run on prehistoric magic! 🦖✨ Behind every lifelike movement and terrifying roar is an incredible team of technicians putting in hours of meticulous craft, and we couldn't keep this park running without their dedication. From replacing blown fuses and repairing high-torque electric motors to recalibrating internal pneumatic mechanisms, keeping these animatronic beasts alive is a non-stop job. Add in painstaking skin patches, silicone repairs, and custom paint touch-ups to fix everyday wear and tear, and you quickly see just how much heavy lifting happens behind the scenes to bring these giants back to life! 🦾🎨
