A Certificate of Appreciation from the Canadian Armed Forces Employer Support Recognition Program was presented to Danny Jones, BCEHS Director for Vancouver Coastal North. These certificates recognize civilian employers and leaders who have demonstrated exceptional support to members of the Canadian Armed Forces Reserve through their flexibility, understanding, and ongoing commitment to employees balancing military and civilian responsibilities.
The award was presented in recognition of the longstanding support Danny has provided to Capt Boysen over many years while he has served both as a paramedic with BCEHS and as an officer with the Canadian Armed Forces. His continued support and flexibility have enabled him to participate in cadet training, summer training centre operations, military commitments, and community youth programming while continuing his role with BCEHS.
The certificate was presented by Captain Kaj Boysen, CD (picture left), alongside Lieutenant Commander Martin Packer, CD (picture right), representing Regional Cadet Support Unit (Pacific).
