The Squamish Nation wishes to provide an informative, friendly, and safe online experience for members of our Facebook community. We encourage users to keep this in mind when commenting and posting. We want to hear from you and encourage comments, questions, and suggestions. In doing so, we ask that you respect other people’s opinions. The Squamish Nation will no
t tolerate, and reserves the right to delete, any post or comment that:
• Is defamatory, hateful, homophobic, racist, sexist, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Contains inaccurate, unproven, or otherwise serious accusations against individuals or organizations;
• Is a deliberate disruption of discussion (a.k.a. “trolling”);
• Relates to confidential or proprietary information;
• Harasses or threatens any individual, group, or organization;
• Violates the legal rights (e.g., privacy) of others;
• Condones or promotes illegal activity. The Squamish Nation reserves the right to ban anyone who repeatedly violates these guidelines. A clear warning will be issued prior to taking this action.
