Kids in B.C. are back in school! ๐Ÿšธ

If you'll be driving, remember to watch for children walking and cycling, follow the 30 km/h school zone speed limit & playground speed limit, and watch for school buses. ๐ŸšŒ

๐Ÿšจ When their lights are flashing, vehicles coming from both directions need to stop.

โš ๏ธ Failing to stop can result in a $368 fine, three penalty points on your license, and most importantly, putting a childโ€™s life at risk.

Wishing everyone a happy and safe start to the school year.

A new historical elections display is now on view in the foyer at Municipal Hall! Featuring election materials and memorabilia from North Saanichโ€™s past, the display offers a look back at local elections through the years. It will be on display from now until early November.

A big thank you to Sidney Museum for their assistance and support, and for generously loaning several items for the display.

If youโ€™re visiting Municipal Hall, come take a look!
