EarlyON - North Bay and Area / ON y va - North Bay et les environs EarlyON is an interactive program for children and their families, from birth to six years of age. Parents are truly their child’s first teachers.

EarlyON Child & Family Centre is a free educational pre-school service for all children and their parents or caregivers. Children tend to be more successful in school and in their everyday lives when their parents become actively involved in their learning and education. Scientific research shows the intellectual stimulation before the age of six and preferably before the age of three will have long lasting effects on the child’s brain. This is the key to life long learning and success in future education. Our family centered services are offered at EarlyON Child & Family Centre, as well as many other school-site programs throughout the District of Nipissing. EarlyON Child & Family Centre and all school-site programs continuously work with and partner with a wide variety of other services for children from birth to six years of age. ON y va centre pour l'enfant et la famille est un centre éducatif préscolaire gratuit pour les enfants, leurs parents, ou les personnes responsables des soins de l’enfant. Les enfants ont tendance à mieux réussir à l'école et dans leur vie quotidienne lorsque les parents participent activement à l'apprentissage et à l'éducation de leur enfant. Les parents sont vraiment les premiers éducateurs de leur enfant. La recherche scientifique démontre que la stimulation intellectuelle avant l'âge de six ans ou mieux encore, avant l'âge de trois ans, aura un effet bénéfique à long terme sur le développement du cerveau de l'enfant qui conduira à l'apprentissage à vie et à la réussite en milieu scolaire. Nos services axés sur la famille sont offerts à ON y va centre pour l'enfant et la famille au 171 rue Chippewa ouest à North Bay, ainsi que dans le cadre de plusieurs programmes scolaires dans le district de Nipissing. ON y va centre pour l'enfant et la famille travaille en partenariat avec tous les services pour enfants de la naissance à l'âge de six ans.

🎉 It’s almost here! The 4th annual Welcome to North Bay event is happening this Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Boart Longyear Memorial Gardens.
This free, family-friendly event will include information booths, face painting, balloon entertainment, children’s activities, community giveaways, local mascots, live on-location radio, and more.
