It’s happening! Our May long fellowship retreat is coming up soon!

We are excited to have Bob Russell as a speaker for the weekend. Bob is a retired forensic professional who now dedicates his time to leading Bible studies and encouraging intentional discipleship. Drawing from real-life experiences, he connects practical lessons with the truth of the Gospel, helping others grow in faith with clarity and purpose.

SERVICE TIMES:
Afternoon: 1:30 pm
Evening: 7:30 pm
Monday, May 18: 10:30 am

KITCHEN MEALS:
Full Weekend - $95
Breakfast - $7

75 years is worth celebrating, but we don’t just want to look back… we want to build forward.
We’re kicking off a $75 fundraiser for our Staff House, and we want YOU to take part!

FUNDRAISER UPDATE: We’ve raised $55,814.44 toward our $80,000 goal for the staff house! HUGE Thank you to the Lost River Bethany church for hosting a supper fundraiser and thank you to all who came out and supported!

What an incredible weekend for our Homeschooler Retreat! ❄️

From snowy games outdoors to face painting inside— there was no shortage of laughter and fun. We filled the days with numerous activities, challenges, music, and most importantly, we shared in such meaningful fellowship together.

Thank you to each and every person who came out! Thank you to Verena for organizing such an exciting event.

We’re already looking forward to next time and hope to see you all again!

Bring the whole family for a relaxed weekend of fellowship, fun, and food!

Enjoy outdoor activities (weather permitting) like ice fishing, snowman building, tubing, winter trails, and a nail driving contest—or stay cozy inside with crafts, board games, and time by the fire. We’ll also have times of worship, so feel free to bring instruments and join in.

The weekend wraps up Sunday at noon, but you’re welcome to stay longer, fish, or enjoy a final hot dog meal at camp.

Accommodations:

Limited space (6 heated cabins) — reserve early! Saturday-only attendance is also welcome.

Cost:

Full weekend: $55 (teens/adults), ages 6–12 half price, under 5 free
Saturday only (lunch & supper): $28 (teens/adults), ages 6–12 half price, under 5 free

Payment is required at registration to secure your spot and is non-refundable. Please send payment to [email protected] with your name, address, and what it’s for.

Family Day at camp was such a good time!

We enjoyed fun both outside and inside, shared a great potluck, and wrapped up the day with a hot dog roast to finish off all the activities.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the day so special—we loved spending it together!
