We want to thank each one who has been involved with The Haven over the past two years! We have had 8 residents come for short or long term residency. Our rental rates have been significantly less than the SK average for assisted living homes. We currently have 2 residents & realize that’s not enough to pay the bills. SO WE’RE CHANGING THE PLAN… we will now offer an opportunity for independent seniors called: SENIORS SHARING SPACE. It’s an opportunity to live independently in a small group setting of 6 to help reduce each resident’s cost of living & avoid lonely times of cooking & eating alone. There’s personal space for just you & shared areas when you’d like to be together. Laundry facilities onsite. Meals prepared by our cooks included. Parking available from alleyway entrance. So, here’s the plan: Independent seniors who are looking for opportunities to reduce their living expenses & willing to share space, rent, some work; as well as caring, laughter & encouragement… message for more information.
