Look what just arrived in the mail, we now have Seasons 1 & 2 of The Chosen on DVD in the Resource Center! If you haven’t seen this show yet, you have to check it out!

Exciting news! We now have Season 1 of The Chosen in the Resource Center!

"The Chosen is a multi-season television drama about Jesus Christ. Series creator Dallas Jenkins wanted to create a series about Jesus that could be "binge watched." Jenkins' intention was not only to dig deeper into the people who encountered Jesus and to see Jesus through the eyes of those who met him, but also to show him in a way that is more "personal, intimate, immediate.

The first season introduces Jesus and the calling of his initial disciples. The second season focuses on the beginning of his public ministry and what happens as word of his ministry begins to spread."

We only have one copy of Season One on DVD, but anyone with a smart device can watch the show for free by downloading the Chosen app and casting the episode to their streaming device or smart tv.

Did you know the Family Resource Center has a children's section? We have all sorts of children's books and movies available to be checked out!

A few of many new additions to the Resource Center! We also have stacks of new novels that we are working on getting on the shelves, including a number by Kim Vogel Sawyer, Karen Kingsbury, and Tracie Peterson.

NGCC is currently closed to the public (Services are online), and so the Resource Center will be remaining closed as well for the time being. That said, we are hoping to have the doors open to the public again soon!
