🎉 Congratulations to Atlantic Superstore! 🎉

Today marked the grand opening following their renovations, and Pictou County Foodbank East was fortunate to be part of the celebration.

As part of the grand opening ceremonies, we were incredibly grateful to receive a $2,000 donation to support the work we do in our community.

Presenting the cheque to our Operations Director, Lia Kreffer LeClair, is Store Manager Susan Cameron.

We have fresh cherry tomatoes available FREE on Wednesday, September 9th, from 9:00–11:00 AM — while supplies last!

SAYING GOODBYE TO CADEN!
On Friday we said goodbye to our summer student, Caden MacDonald, and while we’re excited for what’s ahead for him, we’re definitely going to miss having him around!
Caden has been exceptional over the past few months. Always willing to jump in and help, always ready with a smile, and never afraid to tackle whatever needed to be done. From stocking shelves and keeping things organized to helping clients and lending a hand wherever he was needed, Caden brought energy, kindness and dedication to everything he did.
He truly became part of our foodbank family, and we’re so grateful for all the time, effort and positive energy he shared with us. ❤️
Thank you, Caden, for being such an amazing part of our team!
We’ll miss your smiling face and your willingness to help — but we’re cheering you on as you head back to university!
