The County of Lennox & Addington is planning important upgrades to a key intersection—and your input matters!

Join us at a Public Information Centre (PIC) to learn about proposed improvements and share your feedback:

The project focuses on redesign options for:

County Rd 1 (Bridge St) & County Rd 2 (Dundas St E)
County Rd 5 (Palace Rd) & County Rd 2 (Dundas St E)

At the event, you can:

✔ Speak directly with the project team
✔ Ask questions and share feedback

On Saturday, May 30, beginning at approximately 11:00 AM, Greater Napanee Pride will be hosting their annual Pride Parade/March.

To accommodate the event, a temporary rolling road closure will be in place. As participants make their way from Conservation Park, along the boardwalk, to Springside Park, the westbound lane of Dundas Street East to Centre Street will be temporarily closed.

Please note that minor traffic delays may occur during this time.

County Road 29 has been added to our Asphalt Rejuvenation Program! Work is scheduled to take place during the week of May 26, 2026 (weather permitting).

Project Update: Asphalt Rejuvenation Delayed

Due to cold temperatures and wet conditions, the County's asphalt rejuvenation work has been postponed.

Work is now expected to start the week of May 19th, weather permitting.

The County of Lennox & Addington has started a Schedule ‘C’ Municipal Class Environmental Assessment to review and improve key intersections along County Road 2 (Dundas Street East).

This study will look at options to enhance safety, traffic flow, and long-term design at:

County Road 1 (Bridge Street) / Dundas Street
County Road 5 (Palace Road) / Dundas Street

Public input is important! Two Public Information Centres are planned for June 2026 and Fall 2026, where you can learn more and share your feedback.
