We're excited to announce the launch of our brand new website! To celebrate, we're giving away a $100 Kay's Fresh Market gift card, and we need your help naming our next modular home plan!

If you've followed us for a while, you'll know our catalogue homes have traditionally been named after PEI beaches. But we're open to anything Island-inspired for this next one!

We're thrilled to share a look at our very first modular home currently under construction right here on Prince Edward Island.

From day one, our vision has been simple: offer high-quality, attainable homes that are built locally, support local jobs, and showcase the craftsmanship and suppliers we have right here on the Island.

We're proud to be partnering with local suppliers and trades to bring these homes to life, keeping more investment in our communities while providing Islanders with a streamlined path to homeownership.

This project marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and we can't wait to show you what's coming next.
