Please note that all City of Mount Pearl facilities, including City Hall, the Mount Pearl Summit Centre, and the Reid Community Centre, will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labour Day.

Registration for Fall 2026 Seniors Fitness Classes is now open for Mount Pearl residents.

Fall is the perfect time to get moving, connect with others, and make wellness part of your routine. Our Seniors Fitness programs offer a variety of opportunities to stay active in a fun and welcoming environment.

Important: Participants may register for a maximum of three (3) Seniors Fitness classes. Anyone registered in more than three classes will be withdrawn from the additional classes.
