Please take the time to read some of my views and visions, for those that know me already welcome back and for those I have yet to meet, I can't wait to hear your ideas!
Leadership Rooted in Community
Strathroy and Mt Brydges are changing. New families are moving here, new neighbourhoods are being built, and our community continues to grow. Growth is a sign of success—but it also brings responsibility.
I believe we can embrace growth without losing the small-town values that make Mt Brydges such a special place to call home. We need thoughtful leadership that listens, plans ahead, and puts people first.
If elected as your Ward 2 Councillor, I will focus on three priorities.
Supporting Our Seniors
The people who helped build this community deserve the opportunity to remain here as they age. Too many families struggle to find appropriate housing options for aging parents and loved ones close to home.
I will advocate for more seniors' housing and independent living opportunities while supporting age-friendly planning that makes our community accessible, connected, and welcoming for everyone.
Building a Strong Local Economy
A healthy municipality depends on thriving local businesses. We need to support entrepreneurs, attract new investment, and strengthen our commercial areas while maintaining the character that residents value.
I will encourage responsible economic development, support local businesses, and work to ensure municipal processes are efficient, transparent, and business-friendly.
Growing While Protecting Our Community
Growth should never come at the expense of what makes Strathroy-Caradoc unique.
As development continues, I will advocate for careful planning that protects our neighbourhoods, green spaces, infrastructure, and quality of life. Growth must be matched with the services and planning needed to keep our community safe, connected, and vibrant.
Leadership You Can Count On
Good municipal government starts with listening.
I will be approachable, prepared, and committed to making decisions that reflect the needs of our residents. I believe in respectful discussion, responsible financial stewardship, and working collaboratively to find practical solutions that benefit the entire community.
My commitment is simple: to represent Ward 2 with integrity, common sense, and a genuine desire to serve.
Together, we can ensure Strathroy-Caradoc remains a community where families choose to settle, businesses choose to invest, and seniors can continue to call home for generations to come.
