Notice to Forever in Motion participants: On Monday, June 22, exercises will be conducted without a leader. The stations book will be accessible in the cupboard for those who wish to participate. Alternatively, the walking track is available for use. Your understanding is appreciated as the leader has a prior commitment to attend yet another meeting! This will be the final formal session till fall.

Thank you to the Age Friendly volunteers who looked after snacks at the Moosomin Walk for Alzheimers on May 30th! The walk was very successful, raising in excess of $86000 towards Alzheimer’s research.
