Today, we served dates, homemade chicken 🐔 biryani with eggplant 🍆 and potatoe 🥔 pakoras. For April 30th, 2022 - the 4th and last event of this Ramadan - we aim to serve up to 15 more free meals.

This week's meal distribution (chicken BBQ, chickpeas pulao, banana, and bread)is ready for pickup. However, one of the meal recipients informed us that because of an injury, s/he would not be able to pick up his/her meal. Is there someone who can pick up the meal from Ball-Birnam cross section and deliver it to 748x ave d’Outremont?

For next week's meal distribution planned for April 23rd, 2022, we will love to serve up to 15 more meals. Please send us your requests by email till Thursday, April 21st, 2022 to [email protected] including name, phone number, address, and number of meals requested (maximum 3 meals per family).

The meals are ready for today's distribution. Today, it's chicken 🐔 pulao, pakoras, dates, and banana 🍌 to be served to meal recipients. In Sha Allah, the next meal distribution will be on April 16th, 2022.

Dear Colleagues, in the Holy month of Ramadan (April 2, 2022 - May 2, 2022), every Saturday, our family will be distributing 15 homemade free meals starting at about 6.30pm to the vulnerable community fellows in Parc Extension on a first come, first serve basis. The meal may be in the form of any curry (mutton,chicken, vegetable, lentils, etc) + pitta/bread , pakoras, rice dish (pulao, biryani) or etc. It will be the same food we will be preparing for our family.
Since the quantity is limited, one can reserve the food by sending us an email by Thursday each week to [email protected]. The email should contain the receiver name, address, phone number, number of meals requested, and the time meals could be collected from the Ball-Birnam cross section. One family can request a maximum of 3 meals. Thank you.

PS: We generally eat spicy foods. In Sha Allah (God willing), the first food distribution will be held on April 9th, 2022.

• Out of whole life’s earnings, 75% stays behind for other people to use.
• In every human being, 75% of the talent is not utilized

So, how to make full use of our 25%?
• Go for medical check-up even when you feel fit.
• Drink more water even if you’re not thirsty.
• Let go your ego, whenever you can.
• Give in even if you are right.
• Be humble even if you are very powerful.
• Be contented even if you are not rich.
