Our Story

“The New Brunswick Association of Food Banks is a non profit charitable organization that acts as a Provincial voice for Soup Kitchens and Food Banks in the Province. They manage large donations of food coming into the province from Food Banks Canada, Provincial and local food donations made possible by a partnership with Moncton Food Depot.

NB Sharing is your $2.00 cash donation made through partnering stores throughout the province which are then re-directed to its membership through NBAFB.

The association relies on financial donations from the community, a provincial grant, membership fees and IN KIND donations. It is operated by a volunteer board of directors voted in at the AGM. Directors are made up of delegates from its membership.”
