🌟 Celebrating Sikh Heritage Month 🌟

This month, we honor the rich history, culture, and contributions of the Sikh community around the world. Sikhism teaches values of equality, service, resilience, and compassion—principles that inspire us in both life and work.

Let’s take this opportunity to learn, reflect, and amplify the voices and stories of the Sikh community. Together, we build workplaces and communities rooted in understanding and respect. 🙏

This month, the ARAO Committee at PCHS hosted an internal gathering centered on reflection, open dialogue, and meaningful conversation around discrimination. Together, students and staff created a safe space to share perspectives, challenge biases, and listen with intention. In recognizing Zero Discrimination Month, we were reminded that change begins with awareness, but grows through action, empathy, and accountability. These conversations are not always easy, but they are necessary in building a more inclusive and respectful community. We move forward with a shared commitment: to speak up, to stand together, and to ensure that everyone feels seen, heard, and valued every day. 🤝
