Hot flashes, brain fog, mood shifts, exhaustion. Peri/menopause is still one of the most under-discussed stages of life — especially for women living with the effects of ABI.

A huge thank you to HAGO and the Reproductive Justice Advocates for joining us at Mind Forward for an honest and informative Lunch & Learn focused on peri/menopause, hormonal health, and the importance of breaking the stigma through open conversation and education.

These conversations matter. Awareness leads to understanding, better support, and stronger communities. 💙

It all started with one bold idea…

Thank you to everyone who attended, including some very special visitors who helped shape the organization’s early years.
