Lions roar goes out to the Miramichi u11 minor Twins on their gold medal in the provincial championships in Miramichi this weekend! They finished the weekend undefeated! Team members include Ben Jenkins, Will Malley, Case Stewart, Bennett Russell and Luke Carter! Way to go boys! ⚾️⚾️⚾️

Hi Lions!
We are really excited to see you on September 8th! Here are a few important reminders about school drop off and pick up:
1. Drop off starts at 8:00, pick up is at 3:00. Class begins at 8:30 and ends at 2:55.
2. Please do not pass cars in the drop off/pick up loop. Staff are on duty to help students out of the car and into the building safely.
3. There is no parking in the loop during morning drop off. If you need to park, please park by the turf or in the parking lot.
4. All busses drop off at the main door. There is no parking in the bus loop.

Dear Parents and Families,
We are pleased to share information about the new Provincial School Lunch Program, launching in schools across New Brunswick on September 8, 2026.
Through the program, families can purchase nutritious school lunches for their children at a reduced cost.

Your school’s lunch provider is New School Foodservice
Lunches will be available on school days. A regular option and a vegetarian option will be offered each day. Milk will be included with every lunch. Lunches will be available to all students; however, participation is optional and families are not required to order.
Participating KSE families will pay:
• $4 per meal for the main meal
The Provincial School Lunch Program will subsidize the remaining cost of each lunch.

Online ordering
Please follow the attached registration and ordering instructions to create your account, register your child or children, and place lunch orders.
The instructions include:
• the link to your school’s ordering platform;
• registration and ordering steps;
• ordering deadlines; and
• contact information if you need help.
Please register early and review the ordering deadlines to help ensure a smooth start to the program.

If paying for the reduced school lunch is a barrier for your family, please contact:

Hi Lions!
We are roaring with excitement to welcome everyone to King Street September 8th!
We will be sharing some information here, through our website and through email.
One very important update is a change to our morning drop off time. Drop off starts at 8:00 - there will be no staff on duty before that time.
