🥣 🐍 🖨️ Soups, snakes, and 3D printers... oh my!
What a wild, wonderful, and creative week we just had at the Milestone Public Library Branch! Our local kids have been cooking up a storm, coloring outside the lines, and printing up a massive bundle of fun.
We are so incredibly lucky to have such an engaged, brave, and artistic crew of creators in our community. Thank you to everyone who came out to experiment, create, and explore with us!

🐣 Big thanks to our favorite little rancher! 🐣
This morning, the library had a very special guest speaker, Trigg! He has been working incredibly hard at home + hitting the books, and it completely showed!

Thank you, Trigg, for bringing your expert knowledge (and some absolutely adorable baby chicks) to share with all of us. It was a fantastic morning, and we all walked away feeling thoroughly educated on the incubation and growth process of chickens. We already can’t wait for an update on how the flock is doing!

🦃 Bonus Info for the Foodies: This little entrepreneur is already thinking ahead! Trigg hopes to have chickens available by this fall, just in time for your Thanksgiving meal. 😉

🥞 Pancake Party Success at After School Club! 🥞
Our after-school crew turned into master chefs today! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 We took a little break from the bookshelves to mix up some serious fun.
The kids did it all, from carefully measuring out the ingredients and vigorously mixing up the batter, to watching those perfect bubbles form before getting fried up golden brown on the griddle!
The library smelled absolutely amazing, and the best part? No one left hungry! 🍽️📚✨
A huge thank you to all our enthusiastic little chefs who made today so bright (and delicious!).

🌸 Happy Mother's Day from the Library! 🌸
We hope everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day and is soaking up this beautiful, sunny weather! ☀️

The library has been buzzing with creativity lately. Our Afterschool Club had a fantastic week preparing for the holiday! The kids put their green thumbs to work by:
• 🎨 Painting and decorating unique, one-of-a-kind pots.
• 🌱 Planting colorful flowers with extra love and care.
• 🎁 Gifting their hand-made creations to the special moms and figures in their lives.
