Municipal Law Enforcement Update August 28 to August 30, 2026
Over the period of August 28 to August 30, Township of Tiny By-law Officers were on full patrol responding to calls ranging from signs to noise.
Township By-law Officers patrolled 250km throughout the municipality via bicycles. A total of 32 complaints were responded to for various concerns, and 25 parking tickets were issued.
Reminders
• Personal items cannot be left unattended on municipal property. Remember to take items like chairs, tables, watercraft, umbrellas, and tents with you when you leave the beach.
• The Township of Tiny's new shoreline protection and permit process are temporarily on hold due to appeals of three new by-laws. During the appeal process, the Interim Control By-law remains in effect.
• The parking by-law has been amended to shorten the timeframe that parking permits are needed. The new dates are May 14th to September 15th.
