We are hoping to provide 124 FREE public swims at Middleton District Swimming Pool all summer long.

So far, we have only received 1 donation, and we still need community support to reach our goal.

Any donation amount is appreciated, and receipts will be provided.

Last but most certainly not least, we’d like to welcome our second Junior Lifeguard, Jemyha! 🛟☀️

You may recognize her because she’s been at the pool for as long as we can remember — from swimming lessons to Junior Lifeguard Club, and now she’s stepping things up in her Jr. Lifeguard position!

Jemyha has a great attitude, is always open to trying new things, and always has a smile on her face. We are so excited to see where this summer takes her.

We’re excited to welcome Tom Button, our first Jr. Lifeguard! 🛟☀️

Tom has been in the water for years and is a very strong swimmer. He recently started his lifeguarding path this winter by completing his Bronze Cross, and we’re so excited to watch him keep learning and growing at the pool.

Tom has a big, colorful personality you won’t forget — he’s awesome, full of energy, and we’re lucky to have him joining the MDSP team this summer. Welcome, Tom! 💙🏊‍♂️

We’re excited to welcome Tenzin Tharchin to the MDSP team! 🛟☀️

Tenzin is joining us as an Instructor/Lifeguard alongside his brother Gendun. We’re so excited to have him on the MDSP team. He’s great with kids, brings such a positive attitude, and will always find a way to make you laugh.

We’re very lucky to have Tenzin with us this summer. Welcome, Tenzin! 💙🏊‍♂️

We’re excited to welcome Gendun Tharchin back to the MDSP team for another summer!

Gendun is returning for his second year as a Lifeguard, and he recently completed his Instructor course, meaning he is now able to teach lessons. He is a hard worker, always willing to step in, lend a hand, and support the team wherever needed.

We’re lucky to have Gendun back with us this summer. Welcome back, Gendun! 💙☀️

‼️Today is clean up day‼️

Huge thank you to the Middleton Fire Department for coming over this week and helping us get our pool drained!

We appreciate your time and support as we get ready for another great summer season. 💙

Now it’s time for Community Clean-Up Day! 🧹☀️

Join us on Thursday, May 21st at 5:00 PM as we get the pool, deck, and pool house ready for summer.

The sooner we get everything cleaned up, the sooner we can fill the pool and get the water nice and warm for our swimmers!

We’d love to see our community come out and lend a hand!!

Connor is very kind, eager to learn, and excited for his first summer at Middleton pool. We know the kids will really enjoy getting to know him, learning from him in the water, and playing the super fun games he comes up with during lessons.

Mya is returning for her third year at the pool as an Instructor and Lifeguard. She is great with kids, brings such a positive energy to the team, and is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

We’re excited to welcome Olivia Fowler back to the MDSP team for another summer!

Olivia has recently started teaching lessons over the winter, and she has already become a favourite instructor among her swimmers. She is fantastic with kids and brings such a fun, encouraging energy to every lesson.
