ROAD GRADING - 2600 BLOCK OF CLAPPERTON

Please be advised that road grading and maintenance work will be taking place on the 2600 Block of Clapperton Avenue, beginning June 9, 2026 for the day.

For the safety of workers and the public, no parking will be permitted on the road shoulder during this time. Heavy machinery and equipment will be operating in the area.

We ask all residents and visitors to exercise caution, obey all posted signs, and keep a safe distance from operating equipment.

Your cooperation is appreciated as we work to improve road conditions for the community.

WATER DISRUPTION - GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS

JUNE 9, 2026 - 8:00am - 3:00pm

KLL Construction will be connecting new watermain lines on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. Water will be shut off for properties on the following streets: Grandview Hts, Eagle Cres, Falcon Crest Dr and Peregrine Way. The water will be shut off during the tie-in process between 8:30am - 3:00pm OR LESS.

Please watch for workers and equipment in the area. Residents that will be affected are in the image below.

Welcome to the GOBYBIKE Spring into Motion week! From May 30th to June 5th, join us in this inclusive event where you can walk, bike, rollerblade, or use any wheeled item to log kilometers. Whether you’re a seasoned cyclist or enjoy a leisurely stroll, every kilometer counts towards your journey.

Track your kilometers: May 30th – June 5th, 2026.
Submit your kilometers log by June 6th, 2026.
Maybe win a prize! The winner will be announced on June 8th, 2025.
Let’s pedal together towards a healthier, happier community!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

Log Your Kilometers: Visit https://logmyride.gobybikebc.ca/ to log your kilometers online, or pick up a Kilometer tracker from the Merritt Civic Centre to log manually between May 30th, 2026 – June 5, 2026.

Submit Your Kilometers: Submit your kilometers by June 6th, 2026. Drop off manual trackers at the MCC front desk or email a screenshot from logmyride to [email protected].
