We are so proud of each of you and excited to see where your journeys lead next.

BC Farmers Market Coupon Program update:

For those 65+, pregnant or have children and you applied for the program this year through the food bank (prior to this week) please come to the foodbank for a quick orientation and receive your card, today or tomorrow between 9-12. It is mandatory as the program has changed from paper coupons to a card. You will present the card each time you purchase at from the vendors that are participating in the program. Thank you Nicola Valley Farmers Market vendors for offering this amazing program for our community again this season. 💕💕💕

AFTER THE BELL
For most kids, the last day of school marks the beginning of fun summer days filled with sunshine, laughter and friends. For others, it means the end of the critical in-school meal programs that keep their growing bodies healthy & strong.

If You are wanting to participate in the program please come to the Nicola Valley Food Bank and get signed up by June 19

The BC Farmers Market Coupon Program has been given the green light. If you are a low income family or senior please come in and get your application submitted by June 11

We have 76 spots this year, so new participants will take precedence over those who have been part of the program in past years, to make it fair.

To clarify, low income pregnant women, families with children 18 and under and seniors 65+ are welcome to apply at this time.

Thank you to BC Farmers Market, Minister of Agriculture and Minister of Health for supporting this program that helps meet the nutrional needs of those who need it most.
