Due to the warmer temperatures and increased bear activity, the landfill will be open tomorrow, Wednesday, August 19. Please note that the landfill is typically closed on the Wednesday following a Monday statutory holiday, however, this schedule has been adjusted to help manage bear activity during the warmer weather.

This Friday’s vet visit has been postponed to next Friday, August 21. We didn’t have enough appointments booked to make the trip this week.

Just a friendly reminder to all Village of Mayo property owners that property taxes are due on or before Thursday, July 2nd at 5:00pm.

Please note that the Village Office will be closed on Wednesday, July 1 for Canada Day.

Re-posting in hopes to find a caterer for our open house on December 19th. The Village of Mayo will provide all beverages, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, etc. A Whitehorse grocery order pick-up could also be provided by the Village of Mayo.
