2026 Stewart River Sonar Station

This summer we counted a total of 1867 chinook salmon.

Thank you to Environmental Dynamics Inc. (EDI), NND Lands Department Staff, NND Youth Aaliyah Peter, and Darin Arthurs for your support throughout the summer. Thank you for helping set up the camp and sonar station and for counting salmon each day, helping us collect important data to better understand and monitor our salmon populations.
