Building Science Association of Ontario OBEC (Now BSAO) is a Not For Profit Corporation, duly established according to the relevant Acts of the Province of Ontario.

Since 1987 - The Ontario Building Envelope Council (OBEC) (Now BSAO) has been bridging the gaps among the architectural, engineering, research, manufacturers and construction communities. The emergence of the practice of Building Science as a distinct discipline within the Construction Industry led to the establishment of OBEC in 1986 by a group of individuals concerned and interested in the furth
