Let’s bring him home

I have two of these posters left. Riding with me in the truck. When I see an empty spot where one used to hang, I kindly ask to post a replacement.

In the act of rehanging the poster, I’ve found myself shifting my energy from this despondency that hangs around me of his Missing status; to a hopeful feeling of relief in Byron being found. This small shift in my mind, lifts my little spirit. We haven’t forgotten.

Byron. This is going to sound cheesy and poetic so just go with me on this one. You know we’ve taken the words from spiritual leaders, seen your casket and laid with you in the darkness in some dreams. We have searched those locations you spiritually led us to, and taken the words from the spiritual community to heart.

Searchers still finds themselves putting the pieces together. Replaying the locations of their designated search locations. Asking one another, how did we search, here, or here…was it foot search, off horseback, quads or drone search. What did we miss in LOOKING for you? Then it occurred to me, we were looking above ground. Then that despondent feeling erupted once again, in a single question … it is possible you were buried. BUT WHERE. Did we walk past you?

Please guide us there once again.

To us following BWs missing persons case. Share what you know. Call a Searcher you trust. Call the Tip Line.

He deserves to be returned to his family. Byrons body deserves to be put away alongside his family. Byrons soul was good, and he would want the aame for any of us, if it were the other way around.

It’s been 2 years today since we last seen you.. the pain we feel very day is a wound that will never heal. We wake up every morning to the pain that never goes away. We have cried, we have prayed and some days have walked through those dark valleys.. the sad thing is there are people out here that know what happened to you, they know where you are.. they may have even called you bro, claimed to be your friend.. yet they refuse to share the information with anyone.. they think their secret is safe but one day it will come out, and everyone will know what happened.. I keep praying for answers and we will bring you home soon.. Byron you matter, you are loved and you are missed… my mind goes back to the last time I saw you.. I told you I loved you… and hugged you little did I realize it would be the last time.. I will continue to be your voice and will continue to search for you..

Byron. One of these days. We will find you. We haven’t forgotten. Whether it’s a group of us, a private search or through the dreams we have of you. Someone will find you.

We know we aren’t necessarily looking for your body now, yet your remains. Your bones.

Byron, we do search. Because, the question will always be, “when will we find you?” Never if we’ll locate you, but when.

I am talking to you Byron, because it seems people are capable of keeping horrendous secrets. Secrets of your disappearance.

To the ones who know the details of his location, please call any of the numbers on his poster, share the intel. Your knowledge could help his family rest and give peace after 504 days of heartache.

Yes. We count the days.

To be brutally honest Byron, your search team sees every mound of dirt, rock pile and garbage bag with hope. We never say it, but we have so much hope. We all made a pact to live with the enteral memory for laying eyes on what we have left of you. It’ll never be a burden. We promise.
