Monday – Thursday: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Friday: 9:00am to 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am to 8:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am to 5:00pm

On August 29th & 30th was the Silver Lake Pow Wow, what a fantastic time!

Thank you to all the volunteers, dancers, drummers, singers, vendors, and everyone else who came out and made the 29th annual Silver Lake Pow Wow possible.

It’s time for another !

This week we want to say a HUGE thank you to our hardworking maintenance staff!

At Silver Lake, this amazing team ensures your:
🏕 Campsites are maintained
🚽 Bathrooms are cleaned
🛣 Roads and trails are improved
♻️ Garbage is taken care of, and so much more!

These are just some of the job duties that our maintenance team performances to help ensure the park is ready for all our visitors!

If you see them around, give them a wave and thank them for all that they do to make sure you have the best trip possible!

It’s that time of year when turtle hatchlings will be making their way to the water!

🏖️ Mind your feet as you bask in the sun or stroll by the lake; tiny adventurers are on a mission to the water!

🚙 Keeping an eye out on the road is crucial; a quick brake for snakes and turtles may be necessary. Also, don't forget to check the gravel shoulders, you might spot some unexpected jaywalkers.

If you spot a turtle big or small, give it space and let our staff know. Your small action could make a big difference in a turtle's life.
